Stacksize is an incredibly simple but, at the same time, highly effective mod that you’ll definitely want to try out if you aren’t really content with how stacks work in Minecraft. Stacking in Minecraft is definitely one of its most essential features because it allows players to store items on top of one another thereby saving space for other things. However, with how stacking currently works in vanilla Minecraft, players often struggle while storing things but, thankfully, this won’t be an issue any longer thanks to the Stacksize mod. We highly recommend using this mod if you face trouble with stacking in Minecraft and want to adjust it a little bit according to your preferences. As the name suggests, the Stacksize will basically allow you to change the stack size of items to any value you want to between 64 and 1. The value is capped at 64 because this is the maximum stack size that Minecraft supports.

Utilizing this mod is incredibly easy because all you have to do is adjust a number and the stack size will be changed according to whatever number you put in. Mods like this usually require players to get into the technical side of the game but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. In order to actually use the mod, all you have to do is go into the stacksize.cfg file that it creates and adjust the numbers of the stack sizes according to your preferences. A lot of items are included in the configuration file by default but, if you want to change the stack size of an item that isn’t already in the file, you can simply add it in without much trouble. Overall, Stacksize is a great mod that lets players adjust item stacks in Minecraft according to their liking.

Download the mod!. When you haven’t installed yet, download and install it. Move the downloaded.jar into the mods folder.
